If you have several events or performances, please fill in a new form for each event.

This form is for placing an order with us. If you would like a price quotation, please use the quote generator here.

We will contact you by email and / or phone once we have received your order to ask for payment. Work will not begin until payment has been received. Please DO NOT email your card details.

Your ticket order will normally be completed within 10 working days, unless it is urgent (incurring an additional charge), in which case it will be completed within three working days. *URGENT ORDERS - Normal delivery is 10 working days - tick the urgent box for our 3 day fast turnaround service. If you need tickets more quickly than that, telephone or fax to make special arrangements.

Outside our 8.00am - 5.00pm office hours leave your daytime and evening telephone numbers on our answerphone - we will get back to you as quickly as possible. There is a small additional charge for the express and emergency services.

You can either enter the information for your tickets in the form below, or alternatively, if you have used our services before, supply an old ticket with the changes marked. We keep a complete computer file of all cutomer orders so it is highly likely that we can lift your ticket layout from an earlier order.

We never guess - we will phone you if we feel that you have missed something important or if there is a problem with spelling or we are unsure of your requirements.

Don't feel obliged to use this order form - as long as your requirements are clear you can order by letter, fax or email. Your comments on our service are welcomed.

There is a choice of fifteen ticket background colours for Text and Artwork tickets: red, green, blue, yellow, mauve, orange, grey, fern, brown, turquoise, pink, violet, amber, jade and hazel.

The tickets are perforated into four portions: a book stub, two tear off portions and an entrance ticket. The tickets are stapled with coloured card covers into booklets each labelled on the front with the main performance details.

Each ticket might show:

Promoting organizers
Venue
Date and start time of the performance
Performance title
Name of the performers
Ticket price or prices
Reserved seat number or unreserved ticket number
Contractual information such as "Doors Open at 7.00pm" or "No Refunds or Exchanges"
An indication of which parts of the ticket are to be retained and which are to be given up.

You may need several sets of tickets for different peformances over a number of dates and venues. Please indicate clearly how many sets you need with the venue, date, time, prices, ticket colour and reserved seat or unreserved ticket numbering that is required for each performance. Also make it clear if the tickets for each performance need to be split and bound into more than one booklet.
