How we calculate the cost

The cost is simply calculated on the total number of tickets in your order. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order cost.

We don't charge for ticket setting no matter how many events you have. There are no charges for different ticket layouts or colours because of complex seating and pricing.

There is no charge for scanning or setting artwork. There is no charge for ticket proofs if requested.

Reserved block, row and seat numbering (no matter how complicated) or unreserved sequential ticket numbering on every ticket portion is included in the basic ticket cost.

We include the invoice and a prepaid remittance advice in the ticket package. You can normally pay after you receive the order. If you are a new customer we may ask for prepayment - so call and check first.

We now offer four types of ticket as well as printed and unprinted Wristbands. Simple Text Tickets have up to 14 lines of text printed in black on the ticket face. Our premier Security Tickets can include monochrome logos and are printed on thicker, higher quality paper with hologram and watermark sercurity features. They are also physically larger than Text Tickets. Colour Tickets are our newest product and offer full colour premium tickets at great prices. Security Colour Tickets are the same as Colour Tickets but include a hologram on the right edge.

Delivery charges

The postage & packing charge depends on the weight of the order and the delivery service used. We no longer charge postage on ticket quantity, but on the package weight. We normally send deliveries using first class letter post (or overnight courier where cheaper). There is no delivery charge for customer collection from our premises in Cheshire.

Deliveries are normally made to one UK address. Deliveries to multiple addresses incur additional P&P charges based on the individual ticket quantity sent to each address. We are happy to quote for deliveries outside the UK.
