Do you require express printing? Express printing means tickets will be printed within 3 working days. Express 24 means tickets will be printed within 24 working hours. A courier postal service is available separately.

The cost is simply calculated on the total number of tickets in your order. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order cost.

We don't charge for ticket setting no matter how many events you have. There are no charges for different ticket layouts or colours because of complex seating and pricing.

There is no charge for scanning or setting artwork. There is no charge for ticket proofs if requested.

Reserved block, row and seat numbering (no matter how complicated) or unreserved sequential ticket numbering on every ticket portion is included in the basic ticket cost.

Costing an order is very simple - Add up the total number of tickets you require and multiply it by the rate from the green Ticket Printing table. Add the Delivery Charge from the blue table. If you require any of the optional Additional Services or Special Delivery Services include those charges in from the orange and pink tables. Don't forget to apply 17.5% VAT to the total.

We include the invoice and a prepaid remittance advice in the ticket package. You can normally pay after you receive the order. If you are a new customer we may ask for prepayment - so call and check first.

Ticket printing

We offer two types of ticket. Simple Text Tickets have up to 14 lines of text printed in black on the ticket face. The more expensive Artwork Tickets are computer typeset allowing complete flexibility of design and can also include multiple fonts, images, artwork and logos.

Delivery charges

The postage & packing charge depends on the size of the order and the delivery service used. We normally send deliveries using first class letter post (or overnight courier where cheaper). If requested we can use the Royal Mail parcel post but please be aware that this is a much slower delivery service. There is no delivery charge for customer collection from our premises in Cheshire.

Deliveries are normally made to one UK address. Deliveries to multiple addresses incur additional P&P charges based on the individual ticket quantity sent to each address. We are happy to quote for deliveries outside the UK.

Additional services

Tickets are normally delivered within 10 working days from receipt of order. There is also an express charge to use the Fast 3 Day Service for urgent orders.

The basic ticket cost includes printing on the fifteen colour range of our proprietary ticket stationery. If you need more security we can print the tickets on Special Security Paper featuring larger tickets on higher quality paper with watermarks and our high security hologram.

The basic cost includes all ticket face printing. If required we can also print on the Ticket Reverse.

The basic cost includes staple binding the tickets in colour coded covers labelled with event details in the book sizes you request. The basic cost includes books down to 50 tickets but a Smaller Book Size is possible.

We can print a set of Sticky Seat Labels to your reserved seating plan. The labels are pressure sensitive with a special adhesive that allows the labels to be quickly applied to the seats and cleanly removed afterwards. They are supplied in 80's on an A4 waxed sheet.

Special delivery services

Royal Mail Special Delivery is available on request. Note that this service is only available on a next working weekday basis. Royal Mail will require a signed receipt for a delivery to be made.

Saturday Courier Delivery service is available on request. Note that this service is only available on the mainland. The courier will require a signed receipt for a delivery to be made.
